Brilliant!
Ekar provides an excellent alternative to the usual car hire. It’s convenient and competitive. Depending on the options you get parking and fuel included. The customer service is excellent. The app is useful for bookings and for locating your nearest car. I will never use another car hire option.

The worst company ever
They didn't let me use the car because I was on a reentry visa which it wasn't mentioned it will be an issue when I was paying for the car. When I asked for refund they were trying to find excuses and never refunded my money. They are a scam! Don't go with them. They are ripping off people.
Bad quality and hidden costs
They don’t do a good job of looking after the cars and making sure that they’re serviced and cleaned regularly. There are also many hidden costs over and above the advertised price. Not to mention the allowed daily mileages are a joke, given how expansive Dubai is, and the overhead fees are exorbitant. Avoid.
