The answer for Apple Watch Crossfitters!

I love everything about this app and the fact it’s free is amazing. The movement detection sometimes isn’t right but you can change it as you go and it’ll show you similar movements e.g. I was doing power snatches and it detected gtoh but power snatches were in the suggested list so it’s really quick to change things. It’s really accurate most of the time and you can pre plan workouts to track even more accurately if you have the time. The stats all seem to be accurate and it even tracks how quickly and efficiently you move and gives you scores.
