Credit Union App 4+

If I could have given this app a zero rating I would have. As per other reviews on here; the app is useless! You can’t log in even if you put in the correct login details manually - it constantly loops saying you are putting in the incorrect details. That also includes if you have enabled the Face ID feature on it. Whoever the software developer was that put the last ‘minor updates’ in obviously really checked the update didn’t cause any problems - not!! They should be dismissed! There are plenty of excellent Credit Unions out there with really good apps that grant you access to your account/funds really easily. Do like me; think about transferring your money to one of them!!

Not very happy with this new CU app because it has forbidden me getting access to my savings account because of the problematic password. Frankly it discriminates against me from corresponding with this company as I can’t able to communicate with voicemail due to my disability of profoundly deaf increasingly frustrated & angry. Honestly I have to say that this new app is much worse than the brilliant & reliable old website. Service is terrible & inefficient.

After signing up to the app went and had a look at what was on offer, found it to be well set out with various menu’s across the top (including drop down menu’s) with options from viewing my accounts to requesting a loan or making transfers, plus lots of other options.
Looking good!
P.S. Think a ‘Contact Us’ option would be useful under the Services drop down header!!
