Cotton Traders go Above and Beyond

I recently ordered a pair of trousers as part of the offer on purchases of £35+ for which I could choose a free gift out of 4 on offer. I made the usual purchase online but when I came to pay there was no opportunity to choose the free gift. I rang Cotton Traders explaining what happened and the young man promised he would sort it. I was a bit sceptical thinking the parcel was probably already on its way and with the Xmas trade, it would be difficult to sort something like that. Well today I received two packages from Cotton Traders - just what I wanted! I have had so many great purchases from Cotton Traders over the years and they are such great value. Thank you for your service which is second to none!

Size Guide/ Quality

This is a repeat order on basis that the size on my original order proved to be too small. I have shopped with Cotton Traders for years years and have always found 2XL to be a good fit. I also have found the Guinness brand a more consistent quality. On this occasion I ordered a 2XL shirt and an XL . The 2XL shirt was Out of Stock in the second shirt. In the past the 2XL has been a generous fit , so rather than miss out I took a chance on the smaller fit. Surprisingly both the sized shirts were on the small side, with seemingly very little difference in their size.
Thinking it might have been me I checked the fit against an old shirt I have of yours, a 2XL which I have to say has exceeded all expectations from a longevity standpoint, and both the new shirts were far smaller in size. I have now ordered 3XL in two new shirts as one of the originals was Out of Stock. Availability also now seems to be coming more of an issue with yourselves in the popular sizes??

I do hope this idea . together with poor fit is not going to become a thing of the future. I have been a loyal Customer over the years and have always been impressed by the good fit and indeed quality, particularly of the Guinness brand. I would hate to think you are beginning to go down the route of so many suppliers these days whereby standards are compromised in the name of cost savings etc.

My go to, is always Cotton Traders

I have used Cotton Traders from the first time they sent me a catalogue, then they opened online and I have continued to use them. I am a Cotton Gold Customer and have been for a number of years. Part way through I had to change my email and they took that onboard without a murmur no problem.
Their clothing is well made and really lasts, it's true to size as well, so I know exactly which sizes to order and they fit beautifully, but their return service is amazing if the wrong size is chosen, no fuss they just get on with it, so long as you obey the rules.
My only criticism is the short lengths of some of the ladies trousers. Inside leg average these days is 31 inches, but some are shorter that that.
