I have found this app very helpful and been able to write everything on in such a easy way also All together so can take 2 min out you day to keep track of your progress and also Conor will reach out to you for support and keep pushing you to be able to receive your goals! A hard working and motivating personal trainer who wants everyone to be comfortable and happier in therself and more motivated and a healthier lifestyle I would totally recommend 💯
Great tool for a great life
Started using this app about 5 months ago, easy to use and lots of content. Conor is an inspiration and shows you how to get the best out of yourself. Would recommend the app, doesn’t take long, just a few mins of your time. Got some great tips on it and lots of training tips/videos. My advice, give it a go.
