CONNECT - CrewLounge AERO 17+

I put off migrating from the previous version of this software due to the generally poor reviews but eventually decided to take the risk. It’s not perfect, I’d like more configuration options when exporting to my calendar for example, but I have had no issues with downloads or incorrect data. I did contact support to ask for some additional information to be in the calendar export and received a reply within 24 hours and a ‘fix’ within 48 hours.

The application was initially very good and essential for my work, providing a seamless and efficient way to manage and download my roster. However, it no longer functions as intended and fails to download my roster automatically.

I have contacted customer support numerous times about this issue. Although they responded diligently, their repeated solution was to direct me to a manual download method via email instructions. Unfortunately, this manual process is not supported by my company's system, as clearly indicated on the linked support page they provided.

This workaround is impractical and fails to address the core issue of the automatic download feature being broken. As a result, the application no longer serves its primary purpose, rendering it essentially useless for my needs.

Given the critical nature of this functionality, I strongly urge the developers to release an update to fix this problem. If an update is not feasible, customers who rely on this feature should be offered refunds. Maintaining an application that fails to perform its advertised capabilities is unacceptable and diminishes user trust.

Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this application to others who depend on reliable roster management.

Having used the competition one for a while this is do much better and actually works. It’s very professional looking and an easy to use website Ruth great video tutorials.
Response times to your emails are super quick and you do not have to chase them. It’s a super easy to use APP. It shows you where to eat when you are down route. You can export your roster to your calendar, share with family and friends. Downloading your roster is quick, painless and easy. It also allows for slow internet connections. I would throughly recommend it.
