Description
This flexible mobile app allows members to capture room-by-room data for domestic properties as part of the retrofit Condition Report assessment. In addition to this, pictures can be taken and attached as evidence for each part of the report.
The Condition Report app will upload and store the information and photo evidence to Elmhurst cloud storage.

Needs tweaking!
1 . Need to be able to zoom in and out with your camera within the app
2. When taking photos on phone to upload (because app won’t let you zoom in and out) app only lets you choose one photo at a time. This is too time consuming.
If the above issues are sorted the app will be a very useful tool and gain 5*
Works ok but could be much better

1- Can you facilitate the wide angle
capabilities of most modern phones within
the app …. having to take the photos
externally from the app to be able to take
wide angle photos is a slow procedure when
importing through the app into the report.
Alternatively allow multiple selecting of
photos through app.
2- when answering survey questions within
app please can you facilitate swipe left or
right or even tick box to answer yes / no
questions. Currently having enter a new
window to select yes or no gets very
repetitive after the 80th time on one survey .
3 - Lots of the issues we encounter are the
same again and again I.e Heavy mould , light mould , cracks in render etc .. can the app not
remember text previously entered to save
repeating free text for the data entry
4- last but not least this app has the potential to be combined when required to RDSAP Go as we are often duplicating data entry it could work much more efficiently if it could be combined into one app ?

Really Inefficient App
Was in the middle of moving elements around and had all my pictures for a job in the photo stream I got a phone call and for some unknown reason it wiped all of my pictures for that job. Must be a but this has now cost me time and money when it really shouldn’t be happening! Frustrating app to say the least you should be able to zoom in and out to take pictures but nope. Really needs fixing so people can actually use it without wanting to delete it especially when this is some peoples livelihoods! My last point is that you should be able to move the elements around after you make one so that you can order them to how you want, they are fixed at the moment and you have to delete them all to reorder them again. FIX THIS PLEASE
