Live show jumping

As we are both senior citizens, we can’t always travel to see our Grand children compete in shows, this app allows us to be able to watch from the comfort of our own home, so is very useful. We enjoy watching live show jumping and occasionally manage to get to local venues, but events further away are just not possible. This app is a very useful. Grammy Nobb

So much potential, but so disappointing.

I signed up to watch the world championships in Pratoni, using the free trial. I will be cancelling the membership. I am SO disappointed with the poor video quality! I am not even watching live, so there is no excuse. Watching on laptop there is no easy way to skip forward or back in small increments which is extremely annoying. The site is not especially intuitive to use, nor is the app. The app itself is extremely slow and laggy. Considering this is an FEI endorsed company I am shocked at the lack of quality. As a breeding and eventing fanatic the ability to watch these events would be amazing, but totally not worth the high price!
So how would you make me become a paying customer?
- More subscription options ie. different and cheaper subscriptions if you only want to watch certain disciplines/events.
- MONTHLY CONTRACTS. Nobody wants to be stuck in a 12 month contract. Especially not at the current price!
- Price per month BELOW £10. The current pricing is WAY too expensive for what you get - low quality videos, lagging etc. You would instantly get more paying clients with cheaper prices.
- Possibly a pay per event option.

I understand that providing this streaming service at so many events is expensive, but perhaps it would be more economical to show fewer less popular events and charge lower prices..

I cannot praise the team from Clipmyhorse for bringing live showjumping to my home , the amount of pleasure I get viewing the sport I love is priceless
