I have reached out a couple of times now and always been given such amazing support! Great service!
Very slow support
App worked great for a year, apart from some minor keyboard and layout issues (can’t see what you’re typing because the keyboard covers the text boxes) recently it wouldn’t complete any transactions, just stayed on the loading wheel indefinitely. Contacted support who still haven’t rectified the issue after weeks. I sent them screenshots, explained the issue. No resolution. Had to change payment apps because I can’t afford not to have the ability to take card payments for such an extended period of time.

Just what we need
This app is just what we need most transactions go through our desktop automatically but now and again we need to use the iPad for a transaction. Perfect and highly recommended.
