Needs Updating
Good idea, poor execution. Needs an update. The timeline is very confusing. All the stages are present and it seems to suggest that everything is complete however I’m just starting with the app.
If you are going to force people to use the app for conveyancing then you need the app to be slicker and follow up on the one star reviews to address the issues.
Docs didn’t reach lawyer via app
Not impressed by the app at all after waiting 6 weeks to hear from my lawyer only to find out that they hadn’t received anything I submitted via the app. Not the individual lawyer’s fault but the tech has really let me down.
Super easy to use - great all round
I really loved this great app.
So good to know exactly where you are with the process, all the information in one place.
