Great company. I’ve used them ever since I moved to the area. The controllers and the drivers are spot on. Friendly, chatty (most of them) 👍🏻
Taxi never came
Downloaded for the first time and arranged a pickup an hour ahead. I got my email and text confirmation yet the taxi never arrived. When I called the driver he had no idea even though the app said he was on the way. Waste of time and made me late.
Don’t waste
Don’t used card to make payment because you will be charged £5 extra and for downloading and registration on this cost you £1. And they have poor customer service.
