The app is a complete nightmare to use
Sadly, I’ve been trying to order since they updated it and I’ve not been able to. I’ve had to do it over the phone as it says I do not have the postcode to deliver to my area, but I can see my order history and I can never even just press on it to reorder. I wish I would sort out this issue.
Awful App and Service
I used the app with a 30% discount to order food. All went well until I received my email receipt which showed I hadn’t received my discount, even though it was confirmed in the app. Trying to sort this out with Caprino’s has been a nightmare and I won’t be using them again - zero customer service.
