Pepe’s is the home of flamed grilled Piri Piri chicken. A franchise fast food business which has been around for more than 15 years. The flavors on Pepe’s menu are like no other. Over 165 stores in the UK, open for delivery, takeaway and eat in.

Delivery and Collection
Enjoy delivery or collection services from our stores nationwide. Some of our stores only offer collection but the food is delicious no matter the route you take to buy it. The Pepe’s App is easy to use, it shows the product you want to buy and offers suggested accompaniments to your order. You can make your order a meal and save money by doing so. If you are happy with the service and the food, you can also add a tip for the store team, which is always appreciated.
Why the Pepe’s App
Pepe’s is for everyone that loves freshly prepared food, loves flavors marinated in the cooking process and appreciates good quality products.
The Pepe’s App has all the menus nutritional and calorie information you need if you want to check any item for allergy or dietary concerns. The information is all at your fingertips.
Your Pepe’s favorites will be saved to your account. Any changes to your account details you can update immediately on the account tab.
When an order has been received and paid for, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. This confirmation is not sent until the store has accepted the order. Any questions regarding the order you also have the stores telephone number to contact direct, so you get a quick response.

Beware charges 99p extra per order
Using this app is convenient, but they charge 99p per order for a service fee and you get no better service.
So apparently you can select a collection time as asap and not get charged this fee, but then you are unsure when it is ready and have to wait around. Not sure paying 99p is worth the wait. Shame the food is good, but this experience of waiting ages for the food is a disappointment

Hi Addersuk2, When you order 'I'm in store' you are not charged a service fee.
More Expensive Food + Service fee
Almost every item is more expensive than in-store for collection and then you ALSO get charged a service fee. ADDITIONALLY the loyalty stamps don’t always register, so you’re getting not just zero benefit but your paying for the privilege of using the app. I’m sorry but I might as-well give my money to Wikipedia than pay these scam app developers. Shame on this chain for exploiting (not rewarding) loyalty.

Luring clicks with fake notifications
It’s really just bad marketing, got a push notification about an order review which was strange, then it loads to an offer screen.
I like pepes but our local is very hit and miss, can be burnt and despite organising a collection time regularly only begin cooking when you arrive.
