Basic App
The app is very basic and there is no feedback feature which is frustrating. There are a small selection of restaurants from the Caerphilly town area on it, it’s just a shame these restaurant clearly aren’t able to make the order for this app probably other fast food apps too.
Missing food, cold food and worst of all food labelled wrong.
It not the fault of the app it’s just a shame that the idea and the practice haven’t quite met at such a high standard as other larger food apps.
Fantastic
Great local ordering app. Easy to use and great to see so many choices. Will be my go to over the big apps.
Not delivered
Placed order, paid, accepted by Fish Shop.
Estimated half hour for delivery. An hour and a half later still waiting, no update on the app for over an hour. Not able to get through to shop with details on the app. Contacted app admin through Facebook as suggested. Supposed to be monitored until 11pm every night. No response whatsoever! Useless app ended up having to go to the shop and pick up my order which was partly luke warm and had obviously been sat there a while!
