Daily exercise done quickly

I am currently doing the free exercises over 30 days - day 4 and I’m really enjoying them - slightly tiresome due to not exercised in years; but I’m waking up with aches (positive!) and I’ve added the reminder that is optional to make sure I click open the app. This app is giving the motivation I need to stay focused!

Incredible !!!!!

This app is so good. I was so worried it was going to charge me like all the other apps that I have tried but it hasn’t and all of the exercises are soo good and are helping me on my journey to become fitter and healthier.
Also it breaks all of the exercises down so they are easy to understand meaning you don’t need to stop because you don’t know how to do something - 15 years old x

So goood!

Loving this workout! After a couple of years of no exercise due to injury / operation ( and putting on weight) I have now been doing this for about 10 weeks. The beginners only takes 10 mins so I do this every morning ( 10 mins is no biggie to fit in your daily routine) and I follow it up by 5 mins on a spinning bike.
WOW! What a difference! The weight has only reduced slightly but I am so much slimmer as the fat is replaced by toned muscle!
