I figured this would be like other cat hire apps and allow you to sign up and store your journey details for quick retrieval when needed

You can’t. You have to manually enter your name, email & (quite long) reference number every time you want to look. What is the point!? It’s quicker to retrieve your email with the details on it (which you’d need to do anyway because the app doesn’t store details of bookings unless you can remember long numbers)

Total waste of time

I wasn’t hoping for this app to blow my mind but as per previous feedback one star is too much.
I was able to enter the booking details but then the next page had plenty of :;?!&)”@:/ signs instead of letters.
If AVIS is the developer then come on guys you have after all bought Zipcar which is a very complex app, just ask them to help??
SIXT is another great app that you could check out.
Not trying to endorse anyone but I’m using those apps and I don’t expect any less than those great examples.

I was hoping this would help me keep details of my booking handy and easy to retrieve but you need to enter the (very long) reference number as well as your surname and email address each time you move from the My Bookings page and doesn’t hold any of your details. Cannot manage your booking in any way (or on the web site) once you have booked and paid.
