Bromcom Student App 4+

Good at first, there were difficulties setting up but once i had done that it clearly shows timetable and shows what homework you have that you need to do, however when a teacher has put a homework on that doesn’t require online submission there is no way of submitting anything which means you can’t tick it off and it will stay in your outstanding (need to do) box indefinitely unless you hide it which means you can’t see it but it still says it hasn’t been submitted, other than that should work really well in theory unfortunately though it is very slow and keeps freezing (only app that does this so I don’t think it’s my phone) which i have noticed from other reviews and friends that it seems to be problematic with phones older than iPhone 6 (don’t have Samsung so don’t know how it is with that). All in all a lot of room for improvement but this app is significantly better than the website so if your school or whatever uses this I suppose this is probably your best option
P.s. an app is quite helpful as school previously used a website

The app itself ain’t bad but here’s some things that’d make it better (coming from a student)

-PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it so that handed in homework automatically gets hidden, i get like 12 pieces of homework a week and i have to go through and individually hide each homework and it’s SO annoying, and if u don’t do that you’re js stuck with hundreds of old homework’s that you have to scroll past to find the recent ones

-Different theme options would make the app sm nicer, I want a light pink theme for mine (closest I’ve got is the purple, but still it only applies to the top bar, please make the colour of each box changeable😔)

-Idk what specifically this has to do with bc I’m not into tech and allat, but the app has crashed for our entire school multiple times, js not showing the homework on us our the teachers version. It’s a nice excuse to avoid doing homework but not a very good look for your app

first thing, it took me the whole day to set up a account because it kept on saying, no account found, i even asked my friends and they said the same exact thing. Second, the homework submission, and this is my main problem, you either take a snapshot of ur homework, or the teacher applies “no submission required”, this is the biggest problem bc i get more homework everyday, and the old homework would just be stuck there, so i will have to scroll through to find the new ones, its such a time waster. The overall look of this app disgusts me, made everything complicated, even trying to submit hw is a absolute pain. My old hw app did not require a picture to submit, u just tick it off. It was simple and easy to use, but this app is the complete opposite, it makes everything complicated and unorganised, i wished i still had my old hw app back (it was satchel one), not this confusing and complicated app.
