Nearly flawless

I would give 5 if it wasn’t for the few little flaws. I’ve used this booking system for just over 3yrs I think and honestly it’s a life saver however there is a few annoying things, I fake 50% cancellation fees for no shows or late cancellations however sometimes I don’t receive the money because the client doesn’t have the money available but if I use prepayment option I get charged so obviously I don’t want to do that cause it was a nightmare when l did. Reviews I’ve got 100s of 5 star reviews but 2 that are malicious and I can’t remove them or even report them as fake. App is simple to use once you’ve worked it out (doesn’t take long) simple format really. Having a waiver on there for clients to sign would be a great extra. But overall I’m happy with it and couldn’t see myself not using it anytime soon.

Do NOT go with this booking system if you don’t want all your hard earned reviews and client records to be a waste!!! Had this booking system for almost a year and when they said I had to reverify my bank to take mobile payments it’s took almost 2 months to sort it. Constantly being sent round in circles by staff who clearly have no clue how to work the system themselves. Takes days for replies and by that time it’s a different person on the chat who doesn’t know what the previous conversation was about. I can now not take any deposits or mobile payments so the app is useless to me, I had built up almost 100 5 star reviews and client records which is all now for nothing. There was a deadline date to get it verified by 22nd March. It’s took this long because I’ve been sent round in circles yet I’m still being punished for the system not working and the staff not knowing how to work it as now I can no longer take deposits. Baring in mind it’s the exact same bank account which had already been verified for months , I now have to go with a different company and manually re-enter 100s of clients and appointments!! Stay clear of this company 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

If I be honest I can’t see myself not using the app anymore ,it’s defo a life changer ! Quite easy to maintain and manage, makes your business life so much easier however like everywhere else there is a few things to be improved and looked at. I would probably point the price here comparing to other apps or Booksy itself to other countries where they also run it but month instalments are slightly cheaper. Deposit wise or changing the card I beg you to change it to like a set price or have two options percentage and set amount. There’s a couple little things but sometimes some may find it annoying. I need to set up a call again as there’s still many things I haven’t discovered!
