App n returning items.
I’m a new customer, when using the app you receive warnings about the app isn’t secure and you may be giving away your personal details. So this worries me.

I purchased a knitted cardigan/jacket. The care instructions are ridiculous. So I decided I would like to return it. But can I find the return section without receiving this security warning?-no

So what do I do? Very frustrated Customer and I will not be using this company again or their app
Not impressed
So far I’am not impressed with this app when I created an account on it it changed my card number. I thought it was a mistake I had made so tried to edit it only to find that you can’t edit it on the app so I deleted the account and created a new account carefully entering my card number so as not to have the same issue again and guess what it changed my card number again also I have used my card in store a few times and there’s no record of it being used ever so no bonus points have been credited to my account. I then tried to contact the company via the app only to get a message warning that this isn’t a safe site 😡
Needs a lot of improvement
The app shows your bonus stamp card and stamps, it’s expiry but does not allow you to redeem them . There is no way to include those stamps to your current basket. It’s so frustrating!
