We have made several improvements to the “Traffic” section and alerts management, in order to clarify information and offer you a better experience.
You can also still purchase and validate your transit tickets with Bonjour RATP and store them on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

An ESSENTIAL app for everyone in Paris
I used this during my visit to Paris, and it is a must have. It tells you exactly what you need to know to get wherever you need to go, factoring in closures so you don’t even need to worry. You don’t even need to know station names, just type in the landmark you want to visit and it automatically finds the best route and how to get there. I can’t recommend it more
App Doesn’t Work
I have installed this app to try and load t+ tickets on to my physical Navigo card. I can read my card to see the remaining t+ tickets (purchased with the Navigo card at a machine). However, when I try to purchase additional t+ tickets via Apple Pay in the app, the Apple Pay transaction goes through, but the RATP app tells me it failed, and I don’t see the screen to load my purchase on to the Navigo card. When I check my bank account, I see the transaction has been approved. I tried two different cards, same problem, so the problem is the RATP app and/or Navigo. I also tried the SNCF app, which has the same functionality, and same issue - transaction appears on my bank account, but no t+ ticket to load on to my Navigo card. As other have said, compared to London, this is very poor, and certainly will cause a lot of frustration during the Olympics. (UK traveller with a UK bank account enabled for overseas transactions)
The best public transport app for Paris
Better than any other - it knows everything including closed lines, lines on strike, slower than usual journeys caused by incidents, etc. Also has an indication of how crowded the cars are, and the precise cost of the trips.
