As a truck tramper this power station is brilliant, I’m able to play on my Xbox watch tv, charger my phones and my MacBook, power my oven and grill all at the same time without it tripping out or having issues, I can charge it in the 24v truck socket or use the 12v in the car for when I go on road trips, this really is the best all round as it can be use at home, car, truck, or even in a field top job with this, very technical but simple so it’s easy to use no matter who you are or even where you are, thank you bluetti

I would particularly like to be able to see/download daily/hourly the solar production, battery level and electricity usage stats from my AC500. Now i have to remember to note down at the end of each day the total solar production to create my own spreadsheet. All other inverters provide better reporting and even graphs. Please add in the next update. Also, many users noted that the inverter uses about 120W per hour if mains electricity is connected even if not charging (under PV priority) while only 30W with the mains off. We hope the next update will fix this and limit extra consumption use if on mains but not charging from mains, but not sure if this needs to be a firmware update.
Note following April 2024 update: there are now energy statistics in the app but only for models EP600 - EP900. Can we please have these for the AC series too?
