Big Cartel 4+

Have used big cartel for a number of years now, love how easy it is to use and navigate. Only issue I’ve had lately is it seems to be glitching.. the app and the web browser, just seems to either not load up properly or it gets stuck and I can’t make edits or do anything else. There’s times when I cannot upload anything too, it just seems to be broken. Becoming very frustrated with it!
But I do love it when it works!

This app has a lot of potential to be great! The design and layout is very neat and easy to use. However, this error message that prevents you from accessing anything is a huge problem. At first there used to be issues with logging in (it would say error each time I tried). Now I am able to login but each page says “error - something went wrong” bar the dashboard and account page. Other than that, everything else is pretty much inaccessible and it also bugs out sometimes when I use other apps and it’s open in the background. This is an issue that, from the reviews, has been going on for pretty much a year and beyond. Needs fixing as soon as!

This is perfect for my small business just set up, I’ve learned so much along the way it has so much to offer yet it’s still simple. I’m so glad I used this instead of Shopify.

Two features I would like to see is for customers to be able to search their country instead of going through the whole list, to make their process easier and for them to be able to track their item on the website.
