Won’t deliver to the area I live in
The app needs to be updated to allow delivery to all of Barnoldswick.
What is the point of this app.??
My experience should be rated ZERO stars.
I had previously ordered from Musafir for delivery through Just Eat. A leaflet arrived with our meal headed “Next time PLEASE order through Barlick Eats” “Other apps are charging too much, SUPPORT LOCAL and order with Barlick Eats” 20% off all orders. A QR code to download the app.
Treating my family to a meal for my birthday, I duly downloaded the app (supporting local and helping the restaurant blah blah blah), placed a 20 item order (costing a considerable amount - but knowing 20% off would soften the blow), hit the confirmation/checkout button only to be told delivery isn’t available in my area (Colne). Miffed.?? Yes, just a bit.
I placed my order through Just Eat, it was delivered within 50 minutes. Food was great, as usual. Price … SHOULD have been 20% better.
