Ratings and Reviews
OK - this is the children’s version, where is the one for adults?
I cannot believe that your developers have either used the products they are coding for, or even spoken to users of the devices - such is the poor usability / design / connectivity issues of the app. The problems are multiple - but lets start with a couple of obvious ones - 1. Why would I want a background of a child in the app? This is certainly not my demographic or anything close to it, it’s just visual clutter. 2. How am I supposed to choose a program when they are ALL the same icon without any other identifier ( such as their number ) against them. A similar problem exists within the audiologist software that they cannot rename a program - they are all called “Everyday” - completely useless.

Smart App
This is an amended review - I have been using the smart app now for a year and despite a rather basic layout and an unexpected restart a couple of times which deleted my ‘favourites’ settings, the app has been great and I use it everyday to get the best from my Baha 6s. However, now the app has been updated, the functionality has gone backwards. Like others at first it appeared the symbols disappeared and it wasn’t clear how to select the different strings… also it made it impossible to tell on the my Apple Watch which setting was selected. Having now deleted the app off my iPhone and reinstalled it - I have the symbols! I still have to scroll through all the options to get to my favourites but at least I can now see the settings better on the phone and watch. It would be good if there was better customer support for this app as I still think it’s great and very helpful in getting the most out of my aids!

Update potentially disables/ not pairing HA from connecting to phone
I am using a iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest IOS installed last week. I have the latest BAHA 6 Max which is fairly new about 6 weeks old and has worked superbly until I installed the latest BAHA update from the Apple store.
Have tried forgetting/removing the device from the Accessibility-Hearing Devices setting; deleting and reinstalling the App, putting a new battery in etc. but to no avail. Have reported it to Customer Support who are passing it on to the BAHA App developers.
It may of course be an issue purely with my HA.
