Awful!
I am pretty savvy using apps, but my goodness, trying to find your way around this app is like The Krypton Factor. Good luck trying to book a meal with this 😂
App works - just need to go to Home-Discover menu
On the face of it, this app only seems to offer the ability to enter pre-checkin info when first arriving.
HOWEVER - if you go to the Home option (the pyramid icon on the homepage of the app) and scroll to Discover and navigate to your hotel, there you will find the online a la carte restaurant booking system etc.
Hope this helps. So far, so good for us :)
Not functional & Poorly designed
If you are browsing hotels before booking then this app is fine. However the app is designed to allow you to book restaurants and spa and navigate through several other things during your stay. This simply doesn’t work. You need to check in every time you leave the app which means filling in a lengthy form. The app needs a lot of work. Just use the website, it’s much better.
