Apex Inspection Pro 4+

Apex Inspection Pro is an intuitive yet easy to use Home Inspection application. Enter basic information of a residential or commercial property and then select which inspection report will be associated with the property along with the categories included in the inspection report such as the Roof, Attic, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior, Etc.

The application has five Inspections included:

- Full Home Inspection: provides multiple selections, data entry and the option to take photographs for each section of the property that is being inspected. This program includes multiple categories to choose from about the home which include the Roof, Attic, Electrical, Kitchen, Water Heater, HVAC, Plumbing, Bathroom, Interior, Exterior, Structural, Garage, Pool, and Crawlspace along with additional elements and components the home may have within these sections.
- Wind Mitigation Inspection: supports entering data that is required in order to obtain insurance such as photographs and selections of the Attic, Roofing style with permit information, and the Opening Protection chart including windows, doors, skylights, glass blocks, and garage doors of the property.
- Four Point Inspection: focuses on the 4 main categories needed for insurance which include the Roof, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing portions of the property. Data entry, Photographs, multiple selections of deficiencies, and optional comment areas per photograph is a feature for this inspection.
- WDO (Wood Destroying Organism): Multiple options to choose from if any damages are present. Optional comment space is provided along with data entry for additional information.
- Roof Certification/Inspection: allows for inputting data of the roof along with multiple selections, photographs, and optional commentary about the property’s roof and its condition.

The application stores and organizes the data entered in real time as the home is being inspected. At the end of the inspection all the data is automatically synchronized to the admin web portal where users can login and produce a PDF report of the inspection or submit directly to the client using an integrated email based system within the application. The report is simple to read and is divided into each category selected with digital photographs and comments of each inspected area.
