Getting started
If you’re already signed up to MyAccount, just use your existing login details.
If you’re new to the service, just download the app to register your details. You can choose what language you’d like to use from a range of languages.

Useless
This app is totally useless and for god sake STOP frustrating people.
There is nowhere found (or difficult to find if is my fault that I can’t find it) the option to add meter readings.
I was paying monthly WHY for god sake WHY you change the settings??? Jesus

Hiya, thank you for your review. If you have a smart meter, then there is no option to add a meter reading as the readings should already be available. However, if your meter is not a smart meter, there is an option to 'Send a meter reading'. Won’t process payment
Useless app. I tried to pay my bill using the apple pay. It just sits saying “processing payment, please wait” you wait…and wait… and wait…and…nothing happens. I’m confused? Why try to fix something that was never broken.? At least the previous app you could pay a bill. I’m left feeling frustrated as want to pay my bill. Ringing anyone is near impossible for me, due to supporting someone with severe sensory processing issues and autism. How did this pass a beta test? I’m left scratching my head in disbelief…

Initial glitches
At first, downloaded app and tried to login. It kept freezing on login page and going no further. Old app worked ok for me. Retried the App a day later and it logged in ok and seems to be working fine. Customer service contacted me after several days to offer assistance but out was working ok by then.
