There is no need for this app, it would be much easier to pay contactless. Instead, when you arrive at the machine to do your laundry you first have to download the app. Then create an account. There is no option to opt out of data sharing etc. Then you have to load cash onto the account. I put enough on to do my laundry but it would not let me use that, it wanted to re load another amount to maintain a minimum balance. Next I had to link to the machine and could do my laundry. I have never seen this on another campsite before and will never use it again, we move on tomorrow. Now I have to work out how to get my balance back. Will then delete. A huge time waster and will no doubt result in junk marketing. Dreadful, avoid if possible. NB there was no mobile signal by the machine I used, every step involved walking up the hill to get signal.

PostScript: there was a button to withdraw my balance but a €2 “admin fee” was deducted. So my €5 wash cost €7!

After attempting to use the laundry on a holiday site for 3 days and getting nowhere despite reporting it to the site and finally had to take time out of my holiday for the other residents to resolve this
So trying to use the app which still doesn’t work the online help eventually got the in laundry app working but not on many machines… the company’s solution to ask a holiday maker to clamber over machinery to find the plugs to reset them after an hours discussion I was expected to do so when this was finally done I put my washing on to get charged and the machine not work… great work 2 hours later I finally get all the systems which they own rebooted and look after the disabled people in the laundry area also trying to use their system to receive a thanks and an emoji… at this point I’ve missed the visiting hours for my mother in hospital and spent 2 hours of my day just getting it working to only pay for the privilege of doing so

Previously coin-operated washing machines & dryers were replaced by AirWallet operated ones. At first I was looking forward to being able to use contactless instead of having to hoard coinage but in reality it just doesn’t work. Usually after a few tries either the phone app or the one on the tablet in the laundrette will eventually connect & allow you to pay but no such luck today. Luckily there’s still one coin-op machine but for obvious reasons there’s often quite a queue flr that one!
