Can’t locate what country I’m in 😡
I have deleted and downloaded this app 3 times with no avail. Although I have saved my address as being the UK it still brings me up races in America. On the website it has registered I am booked on a race but the app states I have no upcoming events. It’s as if they don’t communicate. All I can say about this app is very frustrating, would not recommend, unless they sort out their issues
Rubbish!
For some reason the app does not link up to the main data base, online all of my upcoming events are there, on the app however only one of them appears. Also there are lots of events missing from the list of races. They should do better with this as we all use our mobile devices for everything. Not good enough!
Registration
I spent 2 days trying to register for a race ,it kept telling me my details were already registered for the run but they wasn’t it was my husband who was registered with a similar email add.
Ended up having to register me through my husbands account by changing his detail.
We won’t be entering any more events through this site because of the hassle to register
