Can’t make payments via app
Unfortunately the app is poorly designed and you aren’t able to make payments because either (a) the keypad remains on screen masking payment buttons or (b) when you navigate away to approve payment on your banking app and return the payment has dropped.
Easy to use
Some issues as it’s a new app for the company but the store staff are always quick to help out with any issues. Great that they are taking security seriously and moving with the times. It’s much easier to check on my account than calling or visiting the store all the time. Looking forward to what they update next!
Not bad
The app works pretty well and I have to say makes life a lot easier than accessing my store, but every time you shut the app trouble it loses your password so you have to login again. It will be much better if it retain the login and/or offered touch or face ID. fix this, and I’ll give it five stars without any issue at all.
