The Best Bank App in China
This is the best bank app in China if you have used other banks online service already. This app is constantly updated, new features added, bugs fixed, design renewed, you can trust this bank's service and put your trust in it. Try other banks apps and you will agree with me that those are all rubbish, honestly.
Useless unless you can read Chinese
I received a text message saying a statement was ready and followed the link to download the app. By clicking on some screens I did not really understand it did some link with my wechat and the app downloaded. Everything is in Chinese. I could not tell if it had connected to my bank account or there will still other things to do. I couldn’t find any of my details. Everything is in Chinese meaning I could not use it to do any banking without someone there doing it with me. I am of the opinion that my banking is private and no one except a banking professional should know details such as my balance , how much I transfer, when and to who. That is not possible with this app. I have deleted the app and will have to stick to the normal method of going to the bank and speaking to someone who speaks English. That is becoming more and more difficult since they decided that after having to be at the counter to buy foreign currency, it is more convenient for people to then go away and do their own transfers online rather than the teller do it at that same time. How is it more convenient to have to navigate a website in Chinese rather than have the teller do it? I now have to keep insisting until the teller gives up arguing and does the the transfer as well as purchase the currency.
Too complicated
Could you make the app simpler? It’s too complicated and crowded. There’s so much useless information in this app. You are a banking app not some kind of advertising app.
