心境奇旅-心情日记与心理练习(Mind Journey)is a self-care and mental health self-help app. It helps people improve wellness, relieve stress and anxiety, and practice mindfulness. Everyone's state of mind is a journey, and we believe that mental health, just like physical health, needs routine exercise. The app empowers everyone to help themselves improve their wellbeing.

1. Everyone's state of mind is a journey. Along the way, we encounter sunny days and storms, mountains and lakes, thorns or smooth paths. All of these are beautiful sights along the road.

1. People who want to improve wellness.
2. People with stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.
3. Battling procrastination, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
4. People who want to spend some time with themselves, and be calm and still in the fast paced world.

#Key Features
1. MOOD TRACK: people can track their mood, emotions, and thoughts. And they will find insightful trends and triggers of their moods, which is helpful for their wellness.
2. GUIDED MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL: three good things, gratitude journal, daily reflection, success journal and so on.
3. INTERACTIVE SELF-HELP SESSIONS: Each self-help session is designed for specific situations and problems, providing both the underlying reasons behind these issues and the principles of their solutions. At the same time, we designed questions to guide users through mindfulness writing practices, aiming to soothe emotions and solve practical problems.

1. MOOD CALENDAR: People will get a colorful weekly or monthly calendar after they log their moods. You can log as many times as you want everyday.
2. COLLECTING BADGES ON YOUR MIND JOURNEY: get reward badges by spending time with yourself on mood tracking and journal and session writing.
3. WIDGES: log your mood anytime you want, see your mood calendar on your home screen.
4. SELF-ASSESSMENTS: explore yourself by taking basic and trending assessments of mental health.
