Description

This is the initial version of what will be simply the best app to track river levels, rain gauges, flood warnings and tidal levels in England, Scotland and Wales. Currently the app shows river levels in both England and Scotland using Environment Agency and SEPA data respectively. Wales coming soon with data from Natural Resources Wales.

I'm committed to always having a free version of the app that will allow people to get river, rain, tidal levels and flood warnings to better help them prepare for environmental incidents.

The current features include :-

- Ability to save river, rain, ground station or tidal station to your Favourites (river only for Scotland)
- View all flood warnings in your vicinity, or all of England from the Environment Agency
- View all flood warnings for Scotland using SEPAs new API
- View all flood warnings for Wales using the Natural Resources Wales API
- View all stations on a specific river on a map (England only), a great way to view river levels summary
- Search by river name
- View the current LIVE rainfall data from 909 rainfall stations in England
- Map screen that displays all river, rain, ground water and tidal stations (England only)
- Filter map display to show river, rain stations, tidal etc.
- View Flood Warnings for map area

Please note that river levels for Wales will be coming in a release soon (March 2025)

Version 2.44

- All things Welsh!!! Added the ability to view flood warnings for Wales using the alerts via Natural Resources Wales. View the detail of the warnings and also view the warning area on Apple Maps. Also added the ability to view the Welsh warnings in Welsh as well as English!
- Fixed some bugs. Fixed a bug that was causing English river level charts to fail due to irregular EA data.
