I had a problem with my tickets. I got the wrong place: I bought tickets for London instead of New York. Today tix was very responsive. they re-credited me with a voucher.
and I was able to buy new places. I am delighted with this application. THANKS

Nous avons Acheté des places pour Chicago à Broadway.
Lors de l’achat, on vous indique que vous aurez les meilleures places disponibles.
Et bien c’est faux ; j’ai pu le constater puisque nous étions à l’extrême droite de la rangée. Alors que, le spectacle n’étant pas complet, il y avait une dizaine de sièges à notre gauche libres au même prix, qui aurait donc dû nous être attribués.
Pourtant nous avons eu les plus mauvaises places de la rangée
Non je ne recommande pas du tout car vous aurez les plus mauvaises places disponibles.
