This App comprehends the entire original works of Bro. Victor T. Houteff, the author of the Shepherd’s Rod Series, feature-packed with advanced search, bookmarks, notes, highlights, sync, and many more. Read the SRod offline (without an internet connection), without any purchases, and without ads!


— Versions (Translations).
We have 4 SRod translations available: English, Spanish, French, and Dutch.
Swahili will be added soon, and we need someone to help us verify Bahasa Indonesia.


— Offline.
Read the SRod without an internet connection.
Just download a version once, and it will all be available for offline reading.


— Speed.
The app is native, and therefore optimized for iOS. This means that it is comparatively faster than hybrid apps, has higher responsiveness, and a quick load time.


— Appearance.
Display settings of the SRod text can be customized to your liking.
Font, text size, text color, background color, and line spacing.
Night mode and full screen mode are also available.


— Copy and Share.
When a SRod passage speaks to you, you can copy it to the clipboard for pasting, or share it to any app that is installed on your device.

— Search.
Find words and phrases quickly with advanced search features.
Search is persistent, hits are numbered, and results are highlighted in the search view.


— Notes.
Write your personal notes for any paragraph that you select. This is a great way to journal your ideas and study notes, connected directly to a specific SRod text.
Reference other paragraphs in your notes and you'll be able to tap on them to access those paragraphs.


— Bookmarks.
When you read a SRod passage you know you’ll want to return to again and again, mark it with a Bookmark.


— Highlights.
When a SRod passage speaks to you, highlighting is a great way to remind yourself of its significance.
Highlighting marks passages with color, making them stand out from the surrounding text, which helps you easily spot them again later.
You can choose the pre-set colors or select a custom one from the color picker.


— History.
Contains the list of paragraphs opened recently.
Continue reading from your last read paragraph without getting lost.


— Sync.
Make sure your bookmarks, notes, highlights, and reading history are safe by activating Sync.
With Sync, if you have multiple devices, your data will be accessible and kept updated on all devices.
