Not matching the advertisement

I saw an add on social media, telling its translating my voice from one language to another. It’s not doing this…

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

It is unbelievable that someone has decided to release an app in this condition, so limited, with many glitches and bugs and especially that doesn’t work at all and asking for money in return.
I feel embarrassed with myself for having paid an annual fee and I want my money back.
