App SpeedVoiceWarn is just such a target application.
SpeedVoiceWarn Features:
- Able to run in the background mode.
- Works without internet connection.
- Easily determine the speed-limit: Touch and move your finger up
or down on the screen to determine the speed-limit.
- Clear warning sound: A warning sound will be sounded as soon as you
are driving over the speed-limit.
- Friendly speeding voice warning: After speed warning sound, you will
continuously hear the speed-voice warning each 10 Km (or 10 Mi).
- Easily select Mile or Kilometer as the unit.
- Easily select Voice-On or Voice-Off.
- Both Portrait orientation and Landscape orientation.
- Added GPS signal indicator.
- No Ads and No in-app purchases.

1. This app requires iOS 9.0 or later.
2. Continued use of GPS can dramatically decrease battery life.
