Arrival Service includes assistance of luggage from the baggage belts of arriving airline to the doorstep or carside/cab (pick up points). We are operational at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and New Delhi across all terminals, Domestic and International. Doorstep pick up and delivery can be availed across India to any of the airports we service. CarterX provides Airport transfers and Cargo Transfers with exclusive and economical rates for up to 32 Kgs for delivery and pick up any were in India. Subscriptions offer discount for Airport transfers on both airline and non airline services. Our service is personalized and is highly professional. The end to end service is fully insured. The pick up and drop service is diverse and personalized to the needs of every traveller: Individual, Business or Corporate. We provide a fully transparent and transaction can be tracked from booking to delivery. Our Services: Booking online (email) and offline (sms) confirmations once you make a booking. On the day of the service, the porter allocated to pick your order at location specified location/airport will be allocated with number (for easy identification). The porter will wait with a board at the airport arrival area for easy identification. The luggage is weighed, images are taken and carefully packed in tamper-proof bags for transit. The handles and trolleys will no longer be available once we pack the luggage. The luggage then is bar-coded and images of the same are uploaded. All images are available for view in each order under 'Manage Orders' section of the application. Alerts of your luggage transfer will be available at every step via sms or email.
