This application helps users with managing water quality data field data collection. Typical water samples collected by systems across the world also need to measure field data at the same location where sample is collected. This application allows a user to seamlessly update data in the field “online” and “offline” and transmit it to their SAMS account. This allows managers and technicians in the field to see the new data populated in real time and ensure all the water quality compliance related activities are already performed and working. American water application is targeted for users of American Water Company and works only with a parallel SAMS application hosted for American water company. The key features of the software include:

- Gather field data for samples

- Provide alerts regarding sampling and field data collection requirements

- Save field data offline when internet connection is unavailable and sync when available

- Mark samples collected

- Collect rounds form data

- Collect distribution system data

- Manage inspections

- Create rule based email on inspection results.
