Terrible
You have to load a new QR code every time if you buy a monthly pass. There seems to be no way to build trips connecting buses. The app is clunky and you’re better off using google maps 95% of the time.
Useful but problematic
This app works for the official bus lines of the Algarve, excluding some long distance and private networks. Happily, Google (not apple) maps has the Vamus system loaded presently so use that first. But to see maps of the bus routes, coverage, stops, and more, use Vamus. First choose which city, or Vamus for the region, from button at top right. Then very slowly enter the location name or stop numbers for your trip. App desperately needs improvement …
No Hyperlinks
No way to pick location flags to help plan trips. They have long complicated names that a tourist would never know.
