I’m trying to register but it keeps giving an error message saying I need to enter a 6-20 character password, which I did, but it still gives the error message. Will be returning the earphones I bought.
Cannot register
I have tried numerous times to register to use the app with no success. Continues to ask for 6-20 character password even though the correct amount are being offered.
