Disconnects multiple times per day
Earbuds keep disconnecting, and the app hides the dual connection button when larger text sizes are enabled. So to reconnect I need to adjust my accessibility settings, reconnect the earbuds, adjust accessibility settings back. Only to do it all over again a few hours later. I wish I had bought different earbuds.
Undisclosed data collection
This app is worse than the one it replaces. Users are required to create an account with an email address in order to use it. The app does not work without a network connection. Elements of the UI are loaded from the network each time the app is run. User settings (such as custom EQ settings) are stored in the network and not on the user’s local device. I do not recommend this app. Unfortunately, the developer has stopped the earlier version from working.
