IF YOU CAN’T ADD A CREDIT CARD
There is a bug in the app where if your phone isn’t set to be in English, the credit card add function will never show up. Switch phone language to English and it’ll work fine. I wasted days trying to figure it out until I noticed it was working on my friend’s phone in English.
Trip won’t finish after locking bike
I tried four times to get a bike and and now it says I’ve been on a 35 minute ride even though I haven’t unlocked one yet. I went back to each one of the bikes to make sure it was locked, they were, and still the app says I’m on a trip. I’ve used the app before and it was excellent, but this is a serious problem and I can’t access any support.
