Faz 6 semanas e muitas mensagens que estou tentando de adicionar um cartão de credito, não consegui e ninguém podia me ajudar. Rhum, ruim, ruim! I’ve been trying for 6 weeks to change my credit card number but could not even if I’ve texting every 3-4 days with Tembici. Bad bad bad!
Difficult app
It used this app in Chile to rent bikes. I bought a five day plan and used it one day then the plan disappeared from my account requiring me to purchase another one. I tried the online support but gave up waiting. My partner experienced a different problem when the auto renew occurred while the existing plan was still valid and a day earlier than the app indicated. It’s too bad that the app is so poor for such a good service.
