Worst matrimony application and platform
I was trying to recharge to get more numbers to view , but the manager was very blunt that you need to wait until your plan expires
Why would you design a platform that can’t even allow top ups
I am not even posting about the bugs and performance issues this application poses every time
We use this just because other platforms user base is not as much as this , else the peer platforms offer such a great UI and flexible top up options

Not so great
Alot of bugs. Notifications are late and at times there are no Notifications inspite of receiving interests and messages. Many options are not responding when using the mobile app. App needs to be fixed to improve user experience. When compared to other mobile apps, this app literally sucks. Poor to the core. Frustrated.
Horrible service and terrible experience
I upgraded my profile to a classic package of $140 CAD and they charged extra $384 CAD and I have been contacting the customer service literally everyday regarding this! They kept dodging and gave false info that they would refund in 48 hours. It’s been three freaking weeks, no one have done any follow up! These guys are the best you eat up your money and ignore you guys when there’s an issue. No respect for their customers. They will give you never ending calls and messages just to upgrade your profile, once that is done they don’t give a damn about anything!! Such a horrible service ever!! Definitely they need to improve on it!! That one star is not worth their service, I just had to do it!! So frustrating ever since I upgraded my profile, I don’t want to give up too, my money is with them!!
