Solid programs, good customer service
Enjoyed the programs and found them adequately intense. When having an issue cancelling my subscription Patty was very helpful and prompt.
Constant crashes, poor customer service
I’ve used the app for years and the programs are overall quite well done.
Unfortunately the whole time there have been bugs and pains such as workouts not registering, the logs of previous lifts dropping etc.
Reaching out multiple times to resolve these issues leads to nothing unfortunately.
I guess I’m suffering from a sink cost fallacy but I cannot recommend this app to anyone else until all these issues are worked out and they begin offering proper customer service to customers.
