Your subscription will automatically renew via your iTunes account 24-hours prior to the end of your subscription at the rate of $14.99 for one year. This does not work!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an annual subscription and the app doesn't work. Apple has said purchase are restored and shows an annual subscription in itunes but the app will not recognize the subscription, so I can't read anything. I sent screencaps to their tech department but they sent back a stock email and probably never even looked at the screen caps. It has been over a month now and no communication what so ever from their tech. There twitter person has been helpful but they don't seem to be successful either. I need to cancel my subscription and get my money back. Do not buy this until they have found a solution to the problem.
