Impossible de créer une carte virtuelle
Depuis un moment, il nous est impossible de créer une carte bancaire virtuelle via l’application. On ne sait plus trop à quoi elle nous sert.

RETRAITS COMPLIQUÉ ❌❌
Depuis déjà plus de 2mois je n’arrive plus à faire de retrait sur l’application, mon argent est calé à chaque fois que j’initie un Retrait elle est rejeté sans Raison. Vous avez augmenté les frais au Cameroun 🇨🇲 du jour au lendemain, et quand j’écris au service client, je n’ai pas de solution à mon problème. J’ai arrêter de recommander cette application à mes clients. JE NE RECOMMANDE plus cette application à qui que se soit car avant c’était très bien , je trouvait mais maintenant il y’a Plus mieux que PayQin.
