Whether you’re battling anxiety, dealing with infidelity, coping with loss, struggling with addiction, or questioning your sexual identity, there are others going through the same thing. With Lyf you’re provided a world of support in the palm of your hand.
Post on your experience that can include your obstacles as well as your achievements – and because there’s no shortage of what life can throw at you, you can create as many beats as you want. Each beat is it’s own discussion featuring it’s own timeline and privacy settings – you can choose to share your beat with select people, share with the entire Lyf community, or wear a mask to be completely anonymous.
Lyf is free and always will be for discussing and receiving support from fellow Lyfers. We also offer internal links to our companion app, Lyf Support, now available in the App Store. 24/7 text based chat to mental health experts for professional guidance, no appointments needed. It’s our way of making therapy accessible and affordable to everyone.

I wish it was more assessable
I wish it was available on Chromebook/laptops otherwise I use it all the time
No drafts section, lost post
I lost an entire post after receiving an error message because your servers couldn’t connect to the internet source I was using, fine. But there’s no drafts section and I wasn’t able to go back from the error message into the edit section of the post so I could copy and paste it to my notes and post it later. Instead it was shown to be added to my journey but I could click the three dots to get the drop-down screen that would allow me to edit because of the fact that the post was still uploading and I wouldn’t receive the option to delete or edit until it was fully uploaded. Well it was my surprise when I changed wifi networks, clicked off my journey screen to look at something else, came back and my post was GONE. No option to go into the edit screen to easily come and paste for safe keeping somewhere else, no drafts section (which would also be useful for posts made in areas with no internet or if someone wants to keep editing), and an entire lost post due to an issue with YOUR APP registering the internet that all my other apps were using with no issue.

I am really enjoying this app. I put out a small post as an update each day and people actually care enough to respond or acknowledge it and it’s so uplifting ❤️
