This is the most useless app GTB why did you rollout this app, what is wrong with the old good app. This app is nothing but thrash, whoever brought this idea should be sacked , penalized and prosecuted. You logged millions out from accessing their account all in the name of launching a useless app. The old app is very good and easy to navigate with beautiful invoice generation layout. What nonsense is this GTB. Rollback the old app or I sue you to court
User Experience and Ease of use
Very poor execution of the app. I do not think the users were considered while redesigning this app. Testing testing and more testing with a honest feedback for the experience. Not good enough. Pls roll back the beneficiary list. The UI looks nice but the experience is what matters most. I just need an easy way to make transactions.
